Mathematics, Science, and Health Careers
The Mathematics, Science and Health Careers Division offers the Liberal Arts and Science A. S. Degree with sequences in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Mathematics and Physics. All of these programs are intended to serve the needs of students who plan to transfer to a baccalaureate institution to complete a B.S. degree.Student interested in immediate employment may choose from A. S. degree programs in Environmental Science Technician, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, Respiratory Care, Sport and Exercise Studies, Surgical Technology and Therapeutic Recreation. A certificate program in Therapeutic Recreation is also available. The Division also offers an array of mathematics and science courses that students may elect to complete their general education core requirements.
