  • The Hospitality Department at Manchester Community College offers you a choice of an associate degree or a certificate.
  • The Foodservice Management Program offers an associates degree preparing you for entry into the field of restaurants, healthcare, business and industry, or school and university foodservice.
  • The Hotel and Tourism Program offers an associates degree preparing you for entry into the hotel, tourism, convention and travel fields.
  • The Culinary Arts Program offers a one year certificate preparing you for an entry-level career in commercial food preparation, restaurant ownership or catering.
  • The Bakers Certificate Program offers a one-semester certificate that can be completed in as little as 16 weeks. This certificate prepares you for entry into the field of baking and pastry arts.
