Manchester Community College, founded in 1963, is an open admission college, offering over 75 associate in science and associate in art degrees, and certificates. Student annual enrollment is approximately 15,000 (full- and part-time, credit and credit-free).
The 160-acre, beautifully-wooded, state-of-the-art campus is easily accessible from I-291, I-84 and I-384 — just minutes from Hartford — with plenty of free parking.
Costs and Facts
Tuition is low (only $140.00 per credit hour + fees) and the class sizes are small. The climate is student-centered and student life is very active.
MCC accepts applicants with proof of high school/GED or college completion, immunization and a $20 application fee.
Open campus tours are given on Wednesday afternoons at 3:00 pm, beginning Wednesday, February 19, are approximately one-hour long and leave promptly from the Admissions Office, Lowe L-156. Elijah A. Oliver will be conducting these tours.
