Annual Awards

The Manchester Community College Foundation is currently accepting nominations for our 2013 awards for Alumnus/Alumna of the Year and Extraordinary Community Supporter/Volunteer. Awardees will be recognized at the annual Hall of Fame Reception held on Tuesday, November 26, 2013.

We invite you to take a moment to consider the exceptional leadership, notable accomplishments and service of MCC alumni and community supporters or volunteers who have made a difference at MCC and nominate a deserving individual or group for one of the following awards:

Alumnus/Alumna of the Year

Awarded to an alumnus or alumna who has achieved an outstanding level of success in their career and has brought credit to themselves and MCC through distinguished accomplishments.

Extraordinary Community Supporter/Volunteer

Awarded to an individual or group who has given extraordinary service and leadership to MCC in a volunteer service capacity with such exceptional distinction that their contributions are widely recognized by their peers, both at MCC and elsewhere.

Call for Nominations

To submit your nomination, please complete a nomination form for each nominee. Use the links above to access the forms. All nominations require a letter of support that details why this person/group deserves the award.

The submission deadline is November 8, 2013.

The Hall of Fame Committee, made up of MCC Foundation board members from our community, will review the submitted materials for each candidate and select those whose achievements most closely fit the category for which they have been nominated.

Awards will be presented at the Hall of Fame Reception on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Manchester Community College. Tickets to the Hall of Fame Reception can be purchased online by visiting
