Personal Training Certification
A personal trainer is someone who works one-on-one with their clientele to teach them how to use exercise machines and to motivate them.
MCC's course in Personal Trainer Certification offers both theoretical information and practical skills. Learn about exercise physiology and health screening, as well as how to apply what you learn in real world settings. Topics included in this 32-hour intensive course are anatomy, exercise physiology, nutrition and health screening. The National Exam is held on the final week.
