Manchester Community College serves as the host institution for the Consortium for Black and Latino Scholastic Achievement (CBLSA).

Mission

To empower and prepare Black and Latino youth and young adults by developing collaborative partnership and leveraging resources to promote access to academic and career opportunities for success.
