    17th Annual Empty Bowl Project

    Attend the 17th Annual Empty Bowl Project, and your admission fee of $15 gives you a handmade ceramic bowl that you can fill with unlimited soup and bread during the event. Proceeds benefit Foodshare. Keep the ceramic bowl as a reminder that more than 128,000 people, including some 50,0000 children, experience hunger in the greater Hartford area and Tolland counties.

    Manchester Community College Annual Transfer Fair

    Ready to transfer your credits? MCC is hosting its Annual Transfer Fair Thursday, October 30, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Learning Resource Center (LRC) and the SBM Charitable Foundation Building (AST).

    Students will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from more than 40 different colleges and universities. These representatives will be ready to answer questions regarding admission requirements, transfer scholarships, and other educational opportunities.
