Focus 2 Career Guidance Tool
FOCUS-2 is an online, interactive career & education planning system that combines self assessment, career exploration and decision making into one comprehensive program. By using FOCUS-2, you will be able to assess your values, skills and interests and explore career fields and major areas of study that are compatible with your assessment results. If you are struggling with any of the following types of questions, FOCUS-2 is for you.

- What careers match up with my interests, skills, personality, values and preferences?
- Where can I find salary information and the job outlook for a particular career?
- How can I learn more about my strengths?
To get started using FOCUS-2, you can either:
- Log on to the account you already created . . . or
- Create a new account (Your access code to create a new account is "cougars")
- Focus 2 Tutorial (PowerPoint)

Based on Carl Jung's theory that suggests human behavior is not random but predictable and classifiable, you will find that your "type" says quite a bit about you -- your likes and dislikes, your likely career choices, your compatibility with others, etc. If you are interested in understanding personality differences, and how your predispositon to certain personality preferences plays a role in your career choice, visit CareerTest.net, and complete the offered personality test (68 questions in all that should take approximately 10 minutes to finish) that will help you identify your "type".
